We are currently accepting applications for BEHAVIORAL TECHNICIAN’S (BT’S). Responsibilities include engaging clients in daily activities through implementation of an individualized applied behavioral analysis (ABA) program, following set protocol developed by a supervisory team, and may include the opportunity to collaborate with others in a clinic setting.
Previous experience is not a prerequisite, as all staff receives comprehensive theoretical and hands-on training. This is what we do require:
Must be energetic and creative
BA/BS degree preferred but not required
Be timely, reliable, and committed to excellence
Have daily and reliable access to an insured vehicle
Experience with children and adolescents preferred
Current TB test and fingerprinting required upon hiring
Ability to attain and maintain a behavioral certification (BCAT) with training and supervision provided by BIA.
Be available to work Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6:30pm (approximately 15-30 hours per week, between these hours)
Be willing and available to work in the East Bay and San Francisco areas, Fresno and Monterey/Salinas Areas
